Frequently asked questions

One exhibitor at one of your events in the subscription year. If the same company exhibits at two of your events, that counts as two slots. Your annual price is the base fee of your plan plus the per-exhibitor rate for every slot you use.

Your price is set from your planned exhibitor count — most organizers know it well from previous editions. If your event grows past the plan, nothing changes mid-year within your plan's limits; the meter adjusts at your next renewal. If it shrinks, the renewal price reflects that too.

One event, up to 30 exhibitors, 90 days, completely free — with the full feature set. Each organization can run one Pilot ever; afterwards you can upgrade to Starter.

Each organizer can simply choose its own plan at these prices. Organizations running several events — or several entities under one umbrella — can also link them in one Enterprise agreement: one contract, a shared exhibitor CRM across all events, and volume-based pricing. The usual stack: a point tool for exhibitor registration, separate floor-plan software, a CRM and invoicing tooling. Bought separately, that stack typically runs two to six times Konvio's price — and still has no collateral approval workflows.

Never. Booth fees, sponsoring and everything else you charge is 100% yours. Konvio is a flat annual subscription — we do not touch your revenue.

Yes. Participation costs your exhibitors nothing — they accept your invitation and use the platform at no charge. Optional paid extras may exist, but only if you as the organizer offer them.

Personal training sessions, data migration from your spreadsheets, and a guided go-live — scope grows with the plan. It's how your first event ships fast instead of stalling.

Starter organizations are typically live within 14 days of signing, Pro within 21 — including training and data migration. The free Pilot starts even faster.

Subscriptions run per billing period — annual by default. You can cancel with 14 days' notice to the end of the current billing period; details are in our Terms. Your data export is available at any time during your subscription, and for 30 days after it ends.
